Searching for the true meaning of the holidays by helping others? Pittsburgh Cares offers a number of ways for you, your family, your co-workers and your friends to give back during the months of November and December through our Seasons of Service initiative which includes:

• One-Time Volunteer Opportunities
• Pittsburgh Cares Online Donation Center
• Toys For Tots
• Pittsburgh Cares Nonprofit Marketplace

In these difficult economic times, lending a hand to a fellow citizen or supporting the good work of a local charity can remind us of how our time is just as valuable as our financial resources. Participate in one or several of these opportunities and experience the joy of giving to those in need this holiday season.

One-Time Volunteer Opportunities

During the months of November and December, a number of holiday-related projects will be added to the Pittsburgh Cares Community Connections Calendar.

Projects range from serving holiday meals at local senior living communities to wrapping gifts for children. This is a great time for families to volunteer together and share in the joy of the season!
